Emilio Barletta, Principal
Emilio Barletta is our head of Real Estate Development. He is a seasoned expert in property management, real estate development, hotel management, construction, and restaurant management. As founder of Barletta Construction LLC, Emilio has built myriad properties in New York City, including luxury condominiums in Chelsea and dormitories at Columbia University. He has extensive experience in property management, the hotel industry, construction, architecture, and the restaurant business.

The Barletta family has been involved in the real estate industry for three generations. Emilio and his family own and operate three boutique hotels in Italy and several brownstone buildings in New York as well as a variety of Manhattan lounges and bars including Zanzibar, Cascina Ristorante, and Trattoria Dopo Teatro. Emilio received a Master of Architecture from Pratt University on 1992 and a PhD in Architecture from Florence University in 1994.

Jae Tony Park, Executive VP
Tony Park is in charge of Investment Sales with Artlet Realty. Born and raised in Sicily, Italy, Tony brings significant motivation, drive and vision to the Company and creates a cohesive business plan for future operations and integration. Tony co-founded MMI and affiliates which was the sixth largest manufacturer of MAC Machine in the U.S. and was named as one of Inc. Magazine's 500 fastest growing companies in 2004. He was also named a finalist in 2004 and 2005 for the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur Award.

In 2006, Tony started frozen dessert enterprise Yolato LLC, which markets and sells a high-quality healthy frozen yogurt product that exhibits the best qualities of combining of Italian Gelato, a non-fat yogurt, and fresh fruits. Yolato LLC presently owns: Yolato Corporate Store Business with eight Corporate Stores in New York City and New Jersey along with over forty retail locations; Yolato Novelty Business, which recently started its distribution to over 1,000 nationwide supermarkets such as D'Agostino, Gristede's, Shop Rite, King Kullen, King's, C-Town/Bravo, Uncle Giuseppe, Food Emporium. Through years of business experiences, Tony was able to forge excellent relationships with many of the local merchants in New York City and developed a keen sense of the retail landscape that comprises the New York Metropolitan area. He is presently spearheading the sale of Yolato LLC.

Tony, a recognized entrepreneur, is known in the entrepreneur industry as the master of putting the right pieces together from the ground-up and transforming them into a multi-million dollar enterprise. His ability to analyze, select the best investment opportunity, and bring the correct individuals together, has earned him a celebrity status within the entrepreneur industry. In 2007, Tony received the Asian American Top 50 Businessmen Award.

Rolando Biamonte, Executive VP
Rolando Biamonte leads our Hotel and Lounge division. He has over fourteen years of experience in the real estate industry in New York City. Rolando graduated from Bologna Law School in 1988 and has put his legal expertise to use in the real estate field. He has bought and sold many brownstones and commercial buildings in New York, and has extensive experience in the restaurant business in Manhattan.

Giuseppe Manica, Executive VP
Giuseppe Manica is the restaurant expert at Artlet Realty. As a Managing Partner of ZanziBar, Cascina Ristorante, and Trattoria Dopo Teatro, Giuseppe currently manages over one hundred employees and bars working an average of fourteen hours daily—overlooking all daily operations by going from one place to another in his orange-colored Italian Vespa.

Giuseppe was born and raised in Italy and brings over twenty-five years of combined experience in operating and managing Italian restaurant businesses—Giuseppe worked two years in a hotel restaurant in Italy, three years in Great Britain's popular Italian restaurant S. Frediano and worked in ZanziBar, Cascina Ristorante, and Trattoria Dopo Teatro in New York City for the past twenty years.
